May 4, 2021
Featured  ·  Photography  ·  Wedding

Determined to start the rest of their lives together, Chelsea and Travis chose say their vows on their original wedding date, April 25, 2020. Covid had just swept thee nation and they weren’t willing to put their lives on hold. The said their intimate vows to each other in an intimate ceremony hidden in the Fraser Valley Mountains.

We rescheduled a few times but with the restrictions not loosening they decided to continue with their wedding photos last month and it was incredible.

We wandered fields around Ryder Lake with her horse and then ventured up to the wet shores of a local water falls that was rushing with the glacial run off. Despite the rain it was so beautiful and I couldn’t be more grateful that I was there with them to document their day <3

No cameras, no expectations—just a quiet moment to breathe it all in.

Sarah and David did exactly that. They slipped away from the bustle, stood hand in hand overlooking their ceremony site, and let the day sink in. The view, the calm, the love—it was everything.

Because sometimes the best part of your wedding isn’t the big celebration, it’s the quiet space in between where you realize... this is your forever.

Sam and Dino brought the perfect mix of romance and connection to this mountain-side session—proof that bridal portraits don’t have to be just about the dress, but about the story, the connection, and the moments in between.
