Dave + Leah Wedding || Okanagan BC

This was one of the most anticipated weddings I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. 
Leah and Dave have been together for 20 years and have two beautiful children together and like life has a way of doing, after Dave originally proposed to Leah, it continued to grow every single day and the wedding plans didn’t come to life until the last few years.

Dave told Leah, jokingly, that if they were to get married that she would need to propose to her. So when she decided that she wanted to make this vow to Dave she purchased a ring for him and proposed to him one morning. With tears in his eyes and his heart filled with emotion they made the commitment then and there to plan their perfect wedding!

So in front of their two children, friends and family, Dave and Leah married overlooking the Kalamalka lake in the Okanagan in one of the most touching ceremonies I’ve been able to be a part of. Leah thought of everything when it came to planning the perfect day, from a time capsual filled with a bottle of their favorite tequila and love notes to a family painting that the 4 of them painted together during their ceremony. It was truly amazing!!
