Places To Use Your Engagement Photos

October 7, 2022
Featured  ·  Photography  ·  Wedding

Engagement sessions are some of my favorite shoots to do! It’s always fun getting to know a couple and seeking out cool locations to hold a session.

Once you have your amazing session and get your photos back, don’t let the excitement stop there! It’s my hope that every couple uses their engagement photos in many ways and throughout their wedding process!! So, where are some awesome places to show off your beautiful photos? I’ve got you covered 😉

  1. Save The Dates

This is probably one of the most common uses for engagement photos and I loooove seeing how these turn out! Picking out your favorite images to show off to your loved ones and hopeful guests, who doesn’t love that?

2. Your Wedding Website

If you haven’t thought about creating a wedding website, I truly think you should reconsider. Having a wedding website is a great place to update all your guests on the fun things you have planned and give them all the deets for any information they made need for the big day! There are so many great websites that offer easy templates to choose from, where you can drop and place your favorite engagement photos on each page!

3. Guest Book

There are so many fun things to do for your wedding day guest book, but creating a photo album with all your engagement photos and images throughout your relationship is a really cool and personal way to remember the kind words from the big day. Websites like mixbook.com or mint.com offer awesome designs you can fully customize!

4. Wedding Favours

Wine labels, cookies, name cards … the possibilities are literally endless!! Personalizing these little touches that are sprinkled throughout the big day adds a little personal touch. So, why not use your beautiful photos to do just that?

I hope you feel excited about the endless options to use your gorgeous engagement photos. These photos can be used in soooo many wonderful places, so start sharing those gorgeous shots!

No cameras, no expectations—just a quiet moment to breathe it all in.

Sarah and David did exactly that. They slipped away from the bustle, stood hand in hand overlooking their ceremony site, and let the day sink in. The view, the calm, the love—it was everything.

Because sometimes the best part of your wedding isn’t the big celebration, it’s the quiet space in between where you realize... this is your forever.

Sam and Dino brought the perfect mix of romance and connection to this mountain-side session—proof that bridal portraits don’t have to be just about the dress, but about the story, the connection, and the moments in between.
